Stories from The BC Bird Trail is an ongoing series of documentary shorts expanding on the work we do as part of The BC Bird Trail. With these documentaries, we are able to dive further into the vast world of birding and conservation throughout British Columbia, helping tell the unique stories of the people and places that make up this dedicated community.
Our video team works with regional project partners to produce and coordinate each video, filming and editing in alignment with Destination BC’s established tone and voice standards for video. Our skilled videographers and producers meet with individuals deeply connected to the world of birding, habitat restoration, conservation, and more to capture interviews and natural landscape/wildlife footage to help share their stories with viewers.
As with any documentary opportunity, we appreciate the insight and access our subjects and partners provide – and look forward to producing more Stories from The BC Bird Trail to showcase the great conservation and birding work being done in communities all throughout Super, Natural, British Columbia.
